Ular Neuropathy by a Ganglion Cyst at the Elbow

Abstract

|
|
I report a case a ganglion cyst compressing ulnar nerve at the elbow. A 46-year old patient has a complaint of paresthesia on ulnar side of his righr hand and 5th finger. Electrodiagnostic test revealed ulnar neuropathy with axonal involvement at the elbow. After comp;ete resection of the ganglion cyst communicated with olecranon bursae, the patient´s neurologic symptoms improved.
